Tim Weil
Director - Private Equity & Debt Financing
Tim has worked in the investment banking and financial services industry for over 10 years, most recently serving as a Director at Barclays Investment Bank. His experience at Barclays has included time in both the Los Angeles and London offices, focusing on a variety of financing and M&A transactions across a wide array of industries. Having worked in both Financial Sponsors Coverage and Leveraged Finance, Tim has extensive experience and expertise in leading leveraged buyout transactions, including structuring and marketing financial products and optimizing capital structures. Prior to joining Barclays, he worked at UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance team.
Tim earned his BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, his Master of Engineering Management from Duke University, and his MBA from the University of Michigan.
