Matt Armstrong

Matt has spent the last ten years helping healthcare organizations evolve by raising capital, facilitating strategic partnerships and leading mergers and acquisitions. 

From 2015-2018 he served as Vice President of Corporate Development for DaVita Medical Group (formerly Healthcare Partners) where he led acquisitions of independent medical groups and contracting with physicians interested in becoming independent affiliates. During that time, he focused specifically on Medicare Advantage (and other forms of value-based and risk sharing models), valuing physician practices, and strategic growth opportunities for independent medical groups. 

Prior to joining DaVita Medical group, Matt was a Vice President of Healthcare Investment Banking at Jefferies, where he led M&A, equity and debt transactions on behalf of healthcare companies. 

He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida State University.
