Cait Kennedy

Cait is a healthcare executive with 15 years of experience developing and implementing growth strategy and operational processes, with a focus on managed care, home and community-based care programs and marketing. She currently serves as Head of Strategy & Growth for Vesta Healthcare, a VC-backed healthcare technology and services company focused on effectively integrating members and their in-home care support with the rest of their care team including Primary Care and Health Plans, through telehealth, digital engagement tools, remote monitoring and chronic care management. Her background includes leadership roles in Corporate Strategy & Development at Humana as well as Corporate Strategy and Member Growth & Experience at DaVita/Healthcare Partners Medical Group. She began her career as a consultant with Deloitte. Cait holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in Health Sector Management.
